Good article - but I don't go well with "Angular forces a structure to use it" - I've seen several Angular projects now - some are using plain angular some are using NX & husky or other tools. It isn't always the same as you pronounced it and from a productivity perspective I'm not quite sure, if I would recommend it. I would always evaluate two or three frameworks and check which framework fits better to the team.
